What is Spectre Cloud?
Spectre Cloud is a web‑based bowling pro shop management system used to manage bowlers, spec sheets, layouts, and arsenals. It runs entirely in your web browser, so no app installation is required.
Do I need to install anything to use Spectre?
No. Spectre Cloud runs directly in your browser. Simply visit cloud.spectrebowling.com, log in, and start using the software. 1
What devices are supported?
Spectre Cloud works on any modern device with a current web browser, including Windows PCs, Macs, iPads, Android tablets, and Chromebooks. Older operating systems may experience limitations.
How many devices can I use with one account?
You can log in on multiple devices using the same account. Device‑specific settings (such as layout preferences) are stored locally on each device.
Accounts & Login
I’m stuck on the “Change Password” screen. What do I do?
When prompted, enter your new password twice:
- Once in the Password field
- Again in the Verify Password field
Do not reuse the temporary password provided during setup.
My subscription is active, but features are locked.
This is usually a browser session issue. Refresh the page or log out and back in.
If the issue continues, contact support and your account can be resynchronized immediately.
Can I still access my data if I cancel my subscription?
Yes. After cancellation, your account becomes read‑only. You can still view bowlers and spec sheets, but you won’t be able to add or edit data. Reactivating your subscription restores full access. 1
Billing & Subscriptions
My account says “past due,” but I already paid.
This typically happens when a bank blocks or delays a charge. Update your payment method and refresh the page. If needed, support can temporarily unlock your account while payment clears.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Billing changes can be made from your Profile section. In rare cases where the change does not reflect immediately, support can correct it manually.
Can I cancel and return later?
Absolutely. Your data remains stored even while your account is inactive, and you can resume service at any time. 1
Performance & Reliability
Spectre feels slow in my shop. Why?
Performance is usually related to internet speed or Wi‑Fi quality. We recommend:
- At least 25 Mbps download
- At least 10 Mbps upload
- A strong Wi‑Fi signal near the drilling area
Shared or weak networks can affect responsiveness.
Spectre is not loading. What should I try?
Try the following steps:
- Refresh the browser page
- Close and reopen the browser tab
- Log out and log back in
Temporary service interruptions are rare and usually resolved quickly.
Printing & Spec Sheets
Why can’t I print spec sheets from my tablet or phone?
Printing depends on your device and printer support. The recommended workflow is:
- Use the Print option
- Export the spec sheet as a PDF
- Send the PDF to a compatible printer or desktop computer
Spectre App vs Spectre Cloud
Is the Spectre App still supported?
The legacy Spectre App is no longer being updated. Existing users may continue using it, but all new users should use Spectre Cloud, which receives ongoing improvements and support. 1
Can I move my data from the app to Spectre Cloud?
Yes. Data migration is supported. Some Android users may require a short assisted migration to complete the process. 1
Why can’t I find the Spectre App in the app store?
The legacy app was tablet‑only and is no longer compatible with many newer devices. Spectre Cloud is the recommended and supported solution going forward. 1

Is there a free trial?
